Experience the excitement of a classic AKC dog show as handlers and dogs from across the region compete in breed, obedience, and rally events. This is a fantastic opportunity to see a wide variety of breeds up close, observe high-level training in action, and learn more about structure, behavior, and performance in purebred dogs.

This multi-day event showcases the skill, drive, and teamwork of sporting dogs through competitions, trials, and specialty shows. Attendees can watch advanced obedience, rally, and breed events while learning more about working dogs and performance training. A great event for anyone interested in canine sports, training, or behavior.

The World of Pets Expo is one of Maryland’s biggest and most exciting events for dog lovers. Spend the day watching live dog demonstrations, discovering new training tools, meeting local vendors, and learning from experienced professionals in the dog world. Whether you’re a new dog owner or deeply involved in training and enrichment, this expo is packed with inspiration, education, and fun for both humans and their dogs.

Pooches & Poses is a light-hearted, beginner-friendly yoga session designed to help you relax, stretch, and smile — all while playful, adoptable dogs roam freely and offer cuddles, kisses, and spontaneous “helpful adjustments.” Even if your dog doesn’t strike a perfect downward dog, the joy of moving with furry companions and laughing together makes this class unforgettable. Come for the zen, stay for the wagging tails!
