Privacy Policy
Effective November 2, 2026. Aspire K9 Academy LLC.
This notice explains how Aspire K9 Academy handles information when you visit aspirek9.com, contact us, register for training, or schedule services.
Information you provide
Our inquiry form requests your name, email address, phone number, city and state, your dog’s name, breed and age, training interests, and goals or concerns. If you become a client, service records may include agreements, lesson notes, scheduling details, communications, and invoice and payment status. Please do not send payment-card details, identity documents, or sensitive personal information in ordinary email or inquiry notes.
Why we use information
We use client information to respond to inquiries, arrange evaluations, recommend and provide training, manage agreements and payments, schedule services, and send related confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Preferences for service communications and any marketing permission are managed separately.
Website analytics, advertising, and cookies
The current website includes Google Analytics, Google Ads tags, Meta Pixel, and WordPress.com/Jetpack statistics. These services can receive page and interaction information and technical information such as browser or device details, IP addresses, and cookie or similar identifiers. Analytics helps us understand website use; advertising tools can measure ad results and support advertising audiences. Google Maps and other embedded content can also connect your browser to their providers.
Learn about provider practices and choices at Google’s partner-site privacy information, Meta’s Privacy Policy, and Automattic’s Cookie Policy. Browser cookie controls and provider advertising settings offer additional choices; blocking cookies may affect website features and does not necessarily block every form of tracking.
Service providers and disclosures
We use WordPress for this website, GoHighLevel for client and scheduling records, and Google services for business email and calendars. Hosting, payment, communications, analytics, and advertising providers process information as needed for their services. Payment processing is subject to the provider identified during checkout or invoice payment. Information may also need to be disclosed to meet legal requirements or address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. External websites have their own privacy practices.
Keeping and protecting records
We retain personal information while needed for client service, business records, legal obligations, or a specific unresolved dispute. We do not use a fixed deletion deadline. We periodically review inactive records and securely delete or de-identify information that is no longer needed. Tax, accounting, agreements, and dispute records may require different periods from ordinary inquiries or training notes.
We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards appropriate to the records. No website, email service, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Questions, requests, and communication preferences
Contact Gary Davydov at info@aspirek9.com or (301) 660-4875 to ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, or update communication preferences. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons. Rights and response requirements depend on applicable law.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our practices change. Changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
